Experiencing problems during the renewal process? - We want to help!
We use Google Checkout to process credit card payments. It's economical for us and secure for you. However, it is possible to have problems, so here are a few tips:
- Remember that you may have two passwords (and if you have more than one email address, possibly two user names) for the Site Selector Database --
one for the secure Google checkout (which you will encounter first after clicking renew) and one for this site to log in and get your database.
After you click the renew button, you will first be asked for a username and password by Google checkout.
If you have trouble logging in, be sure to check the site address in your address bar.
- If it is a google.com address, click the "I cannot access my account" link on that page or click here to reset your password.
- If it is an appliedeconomics.net address, click the "click here to reset your password" link on that page or click here.
- Google checkout also may show blank pages when the browser security is set too high. To troubleshoot Google checkout problems such as this, visit their Help Center.
